Overview

Unlike order-specific read acknowledgment, this endpoint acts globally across the user's entire C2C (P2P) trading portfolio. Calling this endpoint instantly marks every incoming chat message across all concurrent and historical orders as read.

Merchant helpdesks, bulk customer service dashboards, and automated trading consoles use this endpoint to execute "Mark All as Read" actions and clear global unread message counters in one single request.

Request Parameters

Header parameters accepted by the endpoint.

`x-gray-env`	STRING	Optional	Environment flag identifier used for internal gray/stage testing.

`x-user-id`	STRING	Optional	Target user identifier for context validation.

Global Scope Acknowledgment

This request takes no body payload. It automatically identifies the authenticated user context and resets unread indicators across all active order chat threads simultaneously.
