Flashbots Transaction Sender
Flashbots Transaction Sender is an open-source Python implementation for submitting Ethereum transactions through Flashbots infrastructure instead of broadcasting them directly through the public mempool.
The project demonstrates how to build, sign and submit private Ethereum transactions and bundles using Python, Web3.py, EIP-1559 fee parameters and Flashbots-compatible transaction delivery.
Overview
What Is a Flashbots Transaction Sender?
Standard Ethereum transactions are normally propagated through the public mempool before they are selected for block inclusion. While a transaction is pending, its data may be visible to other network participants and automated systems monitoring mempool activity.
Flashbots provides infrastructure for private transaction and bundle submission. Instead of relying only on public mempool propagation, signed transactions can be submitted through private delivery infrastructure and considered by participating block builders.
This repository provides a practical Python example for developers exploring private Ethereum transactions, Flashbots bundles, Web3 automation and MEV-aware transaction infrastructure .
Private Execution
Why Send Ethereum Transactions Privately?
Private transaction delivery reduces unnecessary exposure of pending transactions in the public mempool and can be useful for applications where execution privacy and transaction ordering matter.
Reduced Mempool Exposure
Transactions can use private submission infrastructure instead of being immediately broadcast to the public Ethereum mempool.
MEV-Aware Execution
Private delivery can reduce exposure to some transaction-ordering and frontrunning strategies that depend on public mempool visibility.
Bundle Submission
Multiple signed transactions can be grouped into bundles and submitted for targeted block inclusion workflows.
Automated Execution
Python makes it possible to integrate private transaction submission into DeFi systems, backend services and blockchain automation pipelines.
Features
Flashbots Transaction Sender Features
Web3.py Integration
Connects to Ethereum through an RPC endpoint and uses Web3.py for blockchain interaction and transaction construction.
Flashbots Bundles
Builds signed transaction bundles and submits them through Flashbots-compatible private transaction infrastructure.
EIP-1559 Fees
Uses current base fee, priority fee and maximum fee parameters for EIP-1559 Ethereum transactions.
Dynamic Gas Adjustment
Gas parameters can be adjusted between attempts when a transaction is not included under the current network conditions.
Retry Logic
Supports repeated submission attempts against subsequent blocks when the previous bundle is not included.
Transaction Monitoring
Monitors submitted transactions and checks blockchain state during the execution and retry process.
Execution Flow
How the Flashbots Python Workflow Works
01
Connect to Ethereum
Initialize a Web3 connection using an Ethereum RPC provider.
02
Load the Account
Load the Ethereum sender account and prepare local transaction signing.
03
Calculate Gas Parameters
Read current network conditions and prepare EIP-1559 fee parameters.
04
Build and Sign
Construct and cryptographically sign the Ethereum transaction locally.
05
Create the Bundle
Package the signed transaction into a bundle targeting a future block.
06
Submit Privately
Send the bundle through Flashbots private transaction infrastructure.
07
Monitor and Retry
Check inclusion status and retry with updated gas parameters when necessary.

Installation
1. Clone the Repository
git clone https://github.com/pydevtop/sending-bundles-flashbots.git
cd sending-bundles-flashbots2. Create a Virtual Environment
python -m venv venv3. Activate the Environment
Windows
venv\Scripts\activateLinux / macOS
source venv/bin/activate4. Install Dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txtConfiguration
Configure the Ethereum Connection
Configure the Ethereum RPC endpoint, sender private key and destination wallet before running the transaction sender.
RPC_URL = "https://mainnet.infura.io/v3/YOUR_INFURA_KEY"
PRIVATE_KEY = "YOUR_PRIVATE_KEY"
SEND_WALLET = "0xRecipientAddress"Security
Never publish production private keys or commit wallet credentials to a public Git repository. Production deployments should use environment variables or an appropriate secrets-management solution.
Usage
Run the Flashbots Transaction Sender
python main.pyThe script connects to Ethereum, prepares the transaction, calculates fee parameters, signs the transaction locally and submits it using the configured Flashbots workflow.

Compare
Flashbots vs Public Mempool Transactions

MEV
Flashbots and MEV Protection
Maximal Extractable Value, or MEV, refers to value that may be extracted by controlling or influencing transaction inclusion, exclusion or ordering within blockchain blocks.
Transactions visible in the public mempool may be analyzed by automated searchers before confirmation. Private transaction submission can reduce this public exposure and therefore reduce certain risks that depend on observing a pending transaction before inclusion.
Flashbots should not, however, be treated as a universal guarantee against every form of MEV. Transaction design, smart-contract behavior, slippage, network conditions and execution logic remain important security considerations.

FAQ / Ethereum & MEV
# Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions regarding Flashbots bundles, private transactions, and Python integration.
Q: What is Flashbots?
Flashbots develops infrastructure and research related to Ethereum block production, private transaction delivery and Maximal Extractable Value (MEV).
Q: Can Flashbots transactions avoid the public mempool?
Yes. Flashbots supports private submission workflows that do not require a transaction to first propagate through the normal public Ethereum mempool.
Q: Can I send Flashbots bundles with Python?
Yes. Python applications can use Web3.py, eth-account, and Flashbots-compatible libraries to build, sign, and submit transaction bundles directly to builders.
Q: Does Flashbots guarantee protection from frontrunning?
No. Private submission minimizes public mempool exposure, but it should not be considered a universal guarantee against all forms of MEV or transaction-ordering risk.
Q: Does Flashbots guarantee transaction inclusion?
No. Inclusion strictly depends on transaction validity, gas fee parameters, builder participation, network congestion, and block space demand.
Q: What Python libraries does this project use?
The project uses Web3.py, eth-account, and Flashbots-related Python components for Ethereum RPC connectivity, local key management, and private bundle relay.
